The Amazon warehouse lost my product and only compensated me $10. This is outrageous and infuriating!

It was so irritating that I sent a batch of goods to the Amazon warehouse at the end of May. Mid-july shows that the shipment has been received. But there was a quantity discrepancy (Amazon said it received 4 stocks, in fact I only sent 2 stocks to the SKU), so I had to wait for Amazon to investigate my products. In this long wait, I once saw the inventory of goods sold normally, and soon became "under investigation" again. At that time, I opened a case to ask the Amazon service, they said that the investigation progress to 21-30 days, no more than 30 days and i have to waiting for that. The next day my inventory was completely gone and I was told that the item had been lost in the Amazon warehouse.

So I applied for compensation, but Amazon only paid me less than $10. Oh, my God, this is crazy. I lost at least a few hundred dollars in product cost + shipping. It took me more than two months to open more than a dozen cases to request reassessment of the compensation amount. During this period, they asked me to provide the packing list and delivery note. After I submitted them, they said that these certificates were useless and I needed to submit the VAT invoice again. Then I provided the VAT invoice, and finally they told me it was still useless. They decided the compensation amount based on Amazon's compensation policy and refused to reassess it for me.

During the opening of the case, the customer service answers are always inconsistent. Some say that the goods are lost and will be returned to me later. Some say that it was mistakenly placed in the wrong warehouse, and it has been compensated and can not continue to help me find the goods. It's so irritating. I don't even know if my merchandise is really lost. The key is that the amount of compensation is too outrageous, and the mistakes of Amazon warehouses are finally borne by sellers. Speechless!
