ODR Rate High Due to Severe Weather and Delayed Shipping
My ODR has been increasing due to shipping delays due to severe weather and also packages not getting scanned into warehouse on time.
Anyone else experience this problem? Is their a way to keep your stores in good standing
Alot of A to Z claims customer being refunded. Then still getting packages.

Hi @Seller_ZGjVeGe8K9dMM,
Tatiana from Amazon here. I understand your frustration with the increase in A-to-Z claims due to severe weather delays. Contractually, sellers are the shipper of record for each of their MFN orders which is why sellers are responsible for any delays or issues with delivery.
However, purchasing labels through Amazon Buy Shipping services can help protect you against these types of claims. Take a look at this article for more information on Buy Shipping benefits.
If you did use Amazon Buy Shipping to purchase your outbound shipping labels, then I would suggest appealing your A-to-Z claims using the steps laid out here.
If there is a particular order you would like me to look at, please go ahead and provide me with the order ID so I can take a second look.
