Return Package lost in transit

Hello,

@Dougal_Amazon

We recently had an issue with return shipment. After customer dropped off the return package, the return package (amazon prepaid label) was lost in transit. Buyer initiated A-to-Z claim and got the full refund back. We filed Sate-T claim but the claim was denied with the reason that Buyer has shipped the package back. The original UPS shipment was insured for $75 to cover the cost of shipped goods.

We are requesting the refund for the package lost. Please suggest on the next steps and how we can be reimbursed.

====================================================================

Order Number: 113-4736453-4464238 shipped via USPS.

Return Shipment via UPS. Package Dropped off 2/17. Package moving through network but no update since 2/21.

Safe-T Claim : 52978-37832-7780511

Safe-T Claim Denial Reason:

The buyer returned the items using UPS with tracking number 1ZC1G2149039296310. The tracking number confirms that the package is on its way back to your address. If the buyer is responsible for paying the return costs, you can deduct this cost when you issue a refund.
