How does Amazon seller fee of 39.99 get paid? We don't see any $39.99 fee deducted from our checking account statements from our bank. Is it deducted from our seller fees per order? Asking for my CPA. Thanks for any help.

It is deducted from your account balance (if there is enough there). If your balance is not enough, then your balance may go negative, or they may charge your credit card.
