Return fraud on the rise and Amazon not honoring Safe-T claims
In the past couple months I have seen an increased number of return fraud involving cases of customer switching items or returning back empty envelope or empty item container.
Amazon is not honoring and abiding its own policies and is only concerned about getting their share of commission and pleasing customers at the expense of small sellers.
I am pretty sure I am not the only one experiencing such issues but this is costing me money and Amazon needs to take accountability and honor the policies set in place.
I have also noticed Safe-T claims taking multiple days to resolve where as previously day would take a day or two.
We are not a charity and can't gift things to buyers and once and for all Amazon needs to take action and stop enabling this type of behavior.
