SafeTclaim not granted despite portal error
Customer returned an order and the order was fake. When i tried to file safe T claim, I was not able to file because portal shown message that as per proactive reimbursement policy I have to wait for 30 days then file claim. I raised the issue to amazon seller support over case Id within 15 days (ID 8710051932, ID 8714486792, ID 8766315782). I was told in these case IDs by amazon seller support to wait for 30 days and then to file Claim. After 30 days when I filed claim, my claim is denied even after appeal stating that I had to file within 15 days.
Seller support is now also stating that I had to file claim within 15 days.
Very pathetic seller support by amazon.
How is that possible that I had to file claim within 15 days when portal was not allowing me, and when I raised this issue I was told to wait for 30 days and now they had denied my claim.

You need to follow this order and post 30days check for the refund from amazon.

I have the same issue here Order id - [408-8644520-9785914] order item delivered, even after sharing the delivery docs amazon refunds them, i was in regular connect with seller support they said after 50 days i will be able to file safe t claim, but i am not able to yet.

The Whole concept of their business has changed now because they know they have captured the indian ecommerce space and they know now how to squeeze the seller right or wrong. Reimbursements are being given like pennies to the sellers an item is being sold for 4000 and the reimbursement which we are receiving is like 1500/1800 depending on the their mood to grant or reject the claim. Before when it was only images claims were being approved and checked properly but from the time they have introduced the video footage policy things have started to degrade from that day itself 100 of tickets raised no proper resolution from the seller support neither their senior team who overlooks them.
A time will come that all sellers will walk out of this space and the consequences would be seen on Amazon and the affiliates
