Not approved to list a product issues
I am trying to list books and usually it is fine for the books that are low priced or do not sell well. I get approved to sell those books just fine. When I try to sell other books that would sell quickly I get this message:
**You are not approved to list this product and we are not currently accepting applications.
**Refurbished condition: You are not approved to list this product and we are not accepting applications at this time.
**Sorry, the ability to create a listing for this item is restricted.
How do I fix this issue? Why is this happening? I am not refurbishing any books and selling them as is.

Ignore the line about "Refurbished". It's a red-herring, and does nothing to address your issue.
It appears that you are trying to list a book that Amazon simply does not want new sellers selling. Are these textbooks? Even many of us who have been around long before restrictions started can't sell some of the big textbook names. A few other publishers have restricted me, although I've always had a chance to submit invoices (which of course i don't have), but I think that many newer sellers are getting the message that you are seeing.
AFAIK, the only thing you can do is list the book elsewhere. Which is not as bad as it sounds; I've had books sell quite well in eBay when i couldn't list them on Amazon.

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you are having issues listing your books. As @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw has stated, many books are being restricted and need approval to sell and some are not accepting applications at this time. I would check back again in the future and see if you are allowed to sell later.
