Please fill out this form if an Easy Ship pick-up was not attempted by 6 p.m. on the scheduled date. This action will ensure that our Easy ship teams investigates the incident, and we will try to pick up the order during the next available slot.
Additionally, we will reverse any metrics that were affected due to a pick-up miss, if applicable.

Facing the same issue as a new seller , i was so excited to get my order posted , but its been a week still no response from Easy ship , all Amazon customer care ask us to do is fill up a form , what's the point , i know if we do our account wont get penalized but the customer only thinks that its the seller problem and give us a bad Reputation
