Variations of one product, wildly different fees
We sell a product on amazon (we are the only sellers) - four of its variations are just different colors. The weight & size is identical. The FBA fees are all different! One of them varies by over a $1! It's ridiculous and opening a case doesn't help. They don't seem to understand. Anyone have any experience. We were also an under $10 product and weigh less than 3 oz. Any input appreciated!

Just ask for a re-measure of those SKU's. I have to do this frequently. That should lower your fee's

Have you run the fee preview report to see what measurements and weights they are using?

Hey @Seller_9YGyc0sQTXKzB, Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your product measurements. You mentioned that you've already opened a case and asked for a remeasure - can you let me know what the case ID is?
