Amazon refunded the customer more than the order total and charged us additional shipping
Order id: 114-7101908-6631408
Customer returned the item with reason wrong item sent, it was clearly used and damaged upon return.
We were debited $129.03 while order total was $103.34.
So due to sever damages we applied restocking fee and then amazon refunded the remaining amount and then additional amount as Goodwill refund which brings the total refund to more than the order total.
We submitted SAFE-T claim and team is not responding.
How to get this resolved?
