Another seller copying my product designs, using my logo and listing under a fake brandname
Hi, I recently came across a seller who copied all my designs and even included my logo... I have the brand registry for the brand but the trademark is currently in pending status. I opened multiple cases with seller support but none seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been selling for 3 years and this is just awful!

You need to contact an IP attorney and send a nice email to this seller. Amazon cannot help you in this regard.

Once your trademark becomes FULLY registered, you will gain further reporting privilege's within the Brand Registry portal!
