What should I do? Do I make a new Amazon Account?
I made an Amazon account ages ago 5+ years ago had it verified never listed products. I tried last week to list a product and it said the product was active but it was ''currently unavailable'' on Amazon.
I then looked through my account and its status is healthy and everything is fully filled out. When I first contacted support they told me that my Amazon seller account isn't approved because I didn't go through the seller verification process.
So I then got hit with a email to verify my Amazon seller Account through seller verification. The problem is when I click the link it just guides me to my seller profile. There is no option to upload any documents to verify anything.
So when I hit up support I keep getting responses that they can't help me and to contact the other support, when I contact the other support they tell me to contact the other support. Im stuck in a circle here.
So THIS ISSUE is directly related to seller Identity, so I contact the seller identity verification team, but they emailed me to contact a different support because IT IS NOT related to seller identity verification. It makes 0 SENSE.
There is obviously some glitch in their system where their is no option to upload documents to verify my seller account, so I literally have no option to do anything. I want to upload everything and verify it I have everything you can possibly need but their is no option to do it.
Should I create a fresh and new Amazon Seller Account and just start all over?

NO! You are not allowed (or only in very specific cases) to own more than one seller account. A second account would be suspended too immediately.
Go look on your "Account Help" page if you find what has to be verified.
How do you "hit up" support?
