Buy Shipping in bulk for multi-items orders

We use Amazon Buy Shipping for all our seller-fulfilled orders to benefit from Claims Protection and Out The Door Rate (OTDR) protection, we've encountered a workflow issue with multi-item orders. Unlike single-item orders where package weights and dimensions are automatically populated, multi-item orders require manual input for each shipment. It costs a lot of time during peak season. I tried Veeqo and ShipStation, but they all have same limitation. Has anyone found an effective solution to streamline the shipping process for multi-item orders, particularly one that can automatically split orders into packages and get label for each package?

So why are you using 3rd party services to print the shipping label? You purchased the shipping thru Amazon for the INR protection, so just put labels in your printer and push the PRINT tab. We always have 3 print stations available for use for either high volume sales or as back up when one has a problem.

Our settings only allow one of each item to be purchased at a time. There is no combining of items if a buyer orders more than one. They are shipped separately.
