Brand registry has been denied multiple times-PLEASE HELP!

My brand registry has been denied twice in the last month, and I’ve tried changing multiple things but am getting a similar denied response. If there is anyone who can give me feedback that would be amazing!

This was the second denied application response….

I've taken a look into your application! As the team mentioned, there seems to be an issue with the documentation you submitted. My recommendation is to remove the "sample invoice" you attached and submit the manufacturing agreement you have with the supplier. Please ensure that this is uploaded in a PDF form.
