We have reviewed the documentation you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell

Hello everyone.

We are new seller on amazon US marketplace. We are selling in Canada. But we have a problem, we think every new seller experienced it. To ungate a brand, Amazon ask proper invoice and quantity right? We want to ungate a few product, so we agreed one of the biggest and registred distributor in th US, paid the money, got the invoice and uploaded it for application. And then we got an email that kind of an authomatic ones, saying that: "We have reviewed the documentation you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell ....". Everyone knows that mail. We checked every detail to find something missing or unfit, we could not. So what to do from now? at the end of the story, we took the products, and if we send them back to get refund, they are going to cut a serious percent of money.

Maybe we can find someone to help us in this case.

Thank you already.

Did you also get a LOA from the brand authorizing you to sell their product on Amazon?

"We checked every detail to find something missing or unfit, we could not. So what to do from now?"

1) Did you verify your source with the brand owner? Not doing so is a common mistake.

2) Did you submit a valid invoice for product you have already received? Do you know what a valid invoice is? One of my posts on invoices (linked text)

Hi @Seller_jcj6yIPOwxDTn,

Steve from Amazon here, thank you for the post. For certain products, brands, categories, and sub-categories, we require sellers to obtain approval before listing products. The approval process may include document requests, performance checks, and other qualifications.

For certain restrictions, Amazon requires sellers to submit an application through Seller Central for review. If your request is approved, you will be able to list the product. However, we may not accept applications for every product we place selling restrictions on.

Please review this resource for more information on products that require approval. There are some helpful videos on this process in that resources as well. Ultimately, the decision is made by the review team when you submit an application.

Thanks,

Steve
