i am facing the problems all customer return the orders and reasons they receiving wrong products, but from our site we are sending exact product which is showing on buyer portal, please help me what should i do? due to this i am getting huge loss also my account health impact very badly

Did you receive any specific information from the buyer about why they claim they received the wrong product? Also, have you documented the original product details and what they claim to have received?
