Approval is required to list this ASIN, but it's my brand
One of my products currently listed under my brand is live and actively selling. However, I encountered an issue when trying to edit the listing. Each time I attempt to make changes, I receive the following message:
"Approval is required to list this ASIN. Go to your Seller Account to request approval."
This restriction prevents me from accessing the edit page entirely. Since I am already selling within this category, I’m unsure what specific approval is needed. I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.
I have submitted a case with seller support as this is preventing us from launching our new products / brand: 16875263161

Correct. While Amazon does not come right out and say it. Selling your own brand is a 3 set process.
1. Brand Approval
2. Category Approval
3. Product Approval
Each approval is completed by a different team who do not really communicate with each other. This way your branded product is thoroughly vetted by Amazon before being able to list.

Hi @Seller_rVtSA29HtLaKa, I'm happy to see that restriction was removed. Let me know if you run into any issues. Happy selling!
