Signature Confirmation for iNR

Amazon Policy state that a to z claim for Item Not Received but has signature confirmation for delivery and the order was delivered within the Estimated Delivery Date on the order details will not be honored. However Amazon refunded the a to z claim and has denied our appeal even after link for tracking information as well as screen shot from the UPS website proof that customer has signed for the package. The item is over $800+. MOD please help!

Did you use Amazon buy shipping? To my understanding, Amazon only covers if you used Amazon buy shipping.

You will need an actual physical signature that Amazon can see. If you can obtain that, you message it to the buyer, and then appeal the A-Z Claim stating that the signature proof of delivery has been sent to the buyer. The UPS website saying it was received by a name is not sufficient for Amazon without the physical signature. If you didn't pay for the signature, then UPS probably just typed in a name when they made the delivery of who supposedly received it, but the person didn't actually sign for it.
