Highly Unprofessional Behaviour by Amazon !

ID 16523521021

Hello Support

I completed the virtual interview on October 15. Following the interview, Amazon requested additional documents, which I promptly submitted. They assured me of a response within five days. However, their subsequent message claimed they hadn't received my documents, despite my confirmation of sending them.

I contacted Account Health Support via phone, and they instructed me to resend the documents to Scram-Appealsamazon.com, which I did on October 22. They advised waiting 3-4 days for a response, but it's now been 25 days without hearing back.

I find Amazon's behavior unprofessional, as it's wasting our time and impacting our business. We've halted shipments for a month due to this unresolved issue. It's concerning that Amazon forces us into these processes but fails to manage them efficiently.

I have followed up with the appropriate teams involved with the situation. They advised that your submission was received on 10/16, and 11/3 but in each submission they found no attached documentation to complete the review. I also took a look over the case you provided and found no documents to provide this team.

Can you resubmit the requested documents through the provided email: scram-appeals@amazon.com. Another option would be to provide these documents on a case and post your case ID here. I can transfer them to the appropriate teams for review to ensure they receive exactly what they need.

The specifics behind what they are requesting are supply chain verification documents, prep center agreement and invoice. Once you email these I would ask that you follow up here so I myself can follow up on its submission, otherwise I will await you posting your case with the above mentioned documents for submission.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
