Pick up person didnt come for pick up

As the pick up person did not come for pick up we couriered the parcel to the buyer and mailed the tracking id to his mail which was provided by amazon.But I could not give the tracking id to amazon as there was no provision as amazon had given their tracking id.

So I have lost the amount for the items sent as well as the courier charges.

Th worst part is that now my account is at risk as my two orders are cancelled according to amazon
