FBA Reimbursements

I sold around 60 units of a product earlier this year. Out of those 60-ish, 16 were returned due to "damage in transit" as they weren't packed correctly when going from the FBA warehouse to the customer. I was told at the time that I could reach back out in 60 days and receive a reimbursement for the refunds that came out of my wallet.

60 days later, I give them all 16 order numbers and the reimbursements were all denied. What gives? It was clearly the warehouse at fault. I've received the message "[the orders] are not eligible for reimbursement as per our policies." every time I inquire further.

This is incredibly disappointing. I feel like I can't really trust that my units are in good hands when I ship them out to Amazon anymore. I feel like I've been swindled out of a few grand. Really annoying.

Greetings @Seller_0ap8CIYLhH8cl,

Thank you for taking the time to post, I can understand the frustration this has caused! Do you have a Seller Support case number fort he reimbursement requests for all 16 orders? I would like to review the details further to see if I can provide additional information and evaluate for options to escalate. I look forward to your reply!
