My first review was 1 star.....

Hi

I've been selling on Amazon for around 2 months I recognized on my seller profile my first review and I was shocked to see that it's a 1-star review...

Now that what the customer wrote: "Item arrived all broken but apparItem arrived all broken but apparently I can't have a replacement? I have photos I haven't opened the box as it is very messy really upset"

I would love to give a refund but I don't know who is it and where to start..

if someone know anything that can help I would really appreciate if he would write back to me

Welcome to selling on Amazon and Seller Forums! Congratulations on getting that first review (although it is not lost on me that it is not what you would've liked). Don't get discouraged. There is something you can attempt to try to turn it around. You can contact a buyer regarding negative feedback by using one of the following steps:

  1. Use the Feedback Manager
  2. Go to Feedback under the Performance tab.
  3. In the Recent Feedback table, select Contact Customer under the Actions column next to the designated Order ID.

There is a great help page I'm including below. This goes into much greater detail regarding this topic. Please know there are numerous sellers that have received a less than positive review but through great customer service and communication of a willingness to correct the issue, have achieved their desire of getting a retract their negative feedback. However, remember that pressuring or incentivizing a buyer to remove or modify negative feedback is a violation of our policies. Wishing you the best on this!
