from Last 60 days I faced a major return issue on my orders. My average return rate were 10 to 15% including customer return and courier return both but from 1 February 2024 it suddenly jump to 60 to 70% and my product are same as in the past, since February i received 70 orders return out of 100 and mostly order are courier return. So when I research on its tracking status i found that mostly orders tracking shows ( your order is undeliverable and going return to the seller). I think its some kind of shipping issue of easyship. In these days I am in heavy losses and it is not normal because suddenly return rate jumped to 70% from 10% in these two months and these almost all orders were courier return.
