How do I re-submit or upload documents for CPC filing?
Hi,
I have an active Pending CPC review process that needs documents submitted to Amazon be uploaded. It looks like couple of the documents which were submitted are wrong documents. Amazon has the Status showing as "Under Review" and it says there is "Action Item" left on the Status page.
My question is that can I use the same case or do I need to cancel this and submit everything all over again?

Hello there, my name is CR. I'd imagine that you'd be able to utilize the same case to submit additional documents that are needed. If you have not already, I would recommend reaching out to Seller Support by following this link.
