Two-Step Verification Account Recovery
Help me! I am a seller. I am having an issue with two-step verification account recovery. Since our mobile phone is lost, we need to apply to reset the two-step verification recovery.
I have reached out to Amazon in an attempt to Two-Step Verification Account Recovery, but no response. I have submitted the necessary government documentation and have gone through the necessary steps.Amazon states I will receive a response within 24-48 hours but they never give me any kind of correspondence.
I have many orders that have not been processed. I've found some similar cases in the forum but haven't found a solution yet. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thank you very much!

if your phone is lost, you would still have your number. If you lost your number, you need to try and "park it". Some that park numbers also offer messages to be received. If you cannot reclaim the number, well call it and if you are lucky they will accept a call for you and tell you the number
