Must I use Amazon IP Firms to use Brand Registry when The Trade Mark Status Pending?
Hi! Anyone knows if now I need to use Amazon IP Associate for $1000 in order to get a chance to apply for Brand Registry when my TM pending?
Can I do the same when applying myself on uspto (not being usa citizen), without waiting 12-24 month for the registration number?
Also while selling good products in 2 neighbouring classes, can I just apply for one class trademark and use it for TWO neighbouring classes Brand Registry?

My name is JiAlex from the Community Manager team here on forums. I wanted to follow up on your post. In regard to your inquiry, to be eligible for Amazon Brand Registry, your brand must have one of the following:
• An active registered trademark in each country where you wish to enroll.
• A pending trademark application that is filed through Amazon IP Accelerator.
• A trademark that is pending registration from the subset of accepted trademark offices
