EasyShip Hub Fraud and No Action is Taken by Amazon Yet

Hi, my Easyship hub is doing fraud with me they open the return parcel and take products from them, and deliver cheap other products or in set products take some items. I complaint to amazon about it but till now no action is taken by amazon team you guys can check the below screenshot case is still pending.
