Premium A+ Content Eligibility need help
I met all the eligibility requirements for having the Premium A+ Content but this option is still not enabled on my account. I tried contacting Support referencing Case ID: 15219411281 but they just responded with the same information that can be found in the Help Pages. Please help.

Thank you for providing that case ID. I have reached out to your escalations team and asked them to take a closer look at your case.
However, please be aware that although criteria listed in the Premium A+ Content help page may be met, the ultimate decision to offer Premium A+ Content is up to A+ Content team.
