How to redo what Amazon has changed previously but changed back
When listing notebooks the category Amazon has them tagged to is books and that cannot be changed despite the frustration by Seller Support. I then petitioned to get the spiral notebooks to office, which was done, and despite the category saying books the node says office supplies. Everything worked fine until 2 days ago when I was charged the additional $1.80 per notebook sold due to once again reading as a book. WHAT! It was working before. Now I'm not sure what report to run to shut down all the notebook listings (most people buy multiple) while petitioning Amazon AGAIN. I'm sick of babysitting Amazon and cannot check every listing daily. What am I to do? Mods can you help here? I'm not sure how to proceed since it was correct at one time. Example ASIN: B0CGLPHQ8X I paid over $10 in fees for 3 notebooks for $18. Please assist!
Thanks in advance,
Meggan

Hi there @Seller_teJJS3Io16ofw,
I'm sorry you have had issues with your products fees and category being incorrect. I'd like to escalate this concern to see what options I can offer. Can you please provide your most recent Seller Support Case for my review? Thank you for your understanding.
