Missing Inbound Package
We are having an issue with a missing FBA package from a shipment of 8 packages sent to amazon fulfilment centre BNA6. We hope anyone here could direct us on how to seek help because seller support is not able to help.
The carrier provided the Proof of Delivery for 8 packages. Accordingly to Amazon Shipment Summary, the packages were checked in. For some reason only 7 packages with units were counted. One package is missing and can not be accounted for.
Amazon recently changed to the shipment status to “Closed”. So we contacted Seller Support to investigate what has happened to the missing package, but seller support is not helping. They just replied with the same outcome that they said they found no record of the package being received, despite us providing the Proof of Delivery and packing list documents. They said additional appeals related to this claim will not be considered and we are not eligible to receive a reimbursement from Amazon. It is our inventory and our money. We suspect Amazon lost our package and now does not want to reimburse us for it.
