Two newer 5 star reviews lowered our rating?
we had 35 reviews and were at a 4.0 star rating. 2 newer reviews at 5 star came in and dropped us to 3.7 so now we aren’t eligible for some deal types. Not sure how the rating can drop when both reviews were 5 star and verified purchases. We have a one star rating from almost two years ago that still makes up 14% of the total weighting across 37 reviews which makes no sense at all so it appears something is broken with reviews. How do we get this resolved? The one star review used to be about 4% and it’s the only one. Now it’s jumped to 14%.

hm...so you released your new brand on Amazon late 2023. From your first review to the 8th, was 1 month, October 2023. 8x 5-star reviews in your first month, I hope you had at least 20+ sales to go with that to make it plausible.
That November you had 4 more, also 5 stars. Then one in December 2023.
Then in ALL of 2024...you got a whopping 9 reviews, no longer all 5 stars either.
So a product nobody on Amazon could even find, in a completely over saturated market, you managed to not only sell 20+ in your first few weeks, but absolutely every buyer felt like leaving LONG 5 star reviews......
If I can figure it out, so can Amazon and certain reviews may not be counted, removed, or not shown. And if they feel sure about it, they will suspend your account.
