Amazon Sellers are consumer and have the same consumer right protection
Dear Amazon Sellers, I have read all these discussions, and I find it appalling what has been happening to Sellers. Remember you are a business operator, so your business is a customer or consumer to Amazon which has the same consumer right protection as the customer buying your products. I share the same sentiment. My very first shipment, was received, my product status was ACTIVE, then suddenly all out of stock to find out all of them are missing. Hah! That was my very first experience and that's not good. Can you imagine what that looks like at larger scale. Consequently, Amazon did present the same process that all of you have gone through, but I am not wasting my time. Instead, I am sending Amazon a purchase order bill to be paid in the full amount for each item. Amazon is responsible for its employees and if products disappear with no knowledge that is considered an unpaid purchase, which Amazon should pay in full. In addition, it is possible, these financial concerns may be brought up in small claims court. Furthermore, if you feel your consumer rights are violated due to unfair business practices, please speak to your local Representative and the consumer protection agency. I fear amazons shipping and receiving deficiencies are more systemic than we know.

Amazon is nothing more than a broker between a buyer and seller, EXCEPT, when sellers buy into the FBA scheme of selling.
FBA sellers are buying a service from Amazon to run the back end of their business. FBA sellers agree to let Amazon run their business any way they want so all they have to do is sit back and watch the profits come in.
As a consumer of this FBA service, all the hype sounds good, but once buying into FBA you find out how dysfunctional Amazon actually is. Most is centered around Jeff Bezon's Hire to Fire policy and DAY ONE-DAY TWO working conditions.
