FBA Refund Administration Fee
This year we decided to keep a log on all FBA Reimbursements.
Seeing a few charges to our seller account for Refund Administration fees.
The fees are charged for FBA Fullfilled Order refunds to customers. The refund reasons on the FBA Refunds are defined as not received, damaged in transit, missed fulfillment promise, refused delivery.
We understand that theres no pick and pack or referral fee reimbursements. When a customer receives a full refund and we get charged a Refund administration fee for the order we are put into the negative. Seems like merchants should not be dinged for FBA fulfillment issues with a refund fee?
Margins on products these days are already vapor thin. Mods? Any clarity on this?

Thanks for raising your question here. It's one that has been posed in a few threads in the past, including this one from a few years ago. The Refund Administration fee is one that is included in the Fee schedule.
