AWD Shipment delivered 2 weeks ago - status not updating
Our shipment was delivered on 6/30 to IUSL AWD warehouse and still we've not seen any update to the status of this shipment. This is not our first time shipping AWD, but we can't remember such a processing delay previously. Any help from the mods is appreciated.

Hello @Seller_OgPvue0BQCjdg, I can understand your worry here. Occasionally fulfillment centers do get backlogged, especially during busy times of year, but I can definitely look into your case. Do you have a case ID for me?
