Hello. I keep getting the same redundant response from Amazon as follows"

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

Case ID: 16868389XX1

Brand name: ABC TEST.

We've provided a verification code to the public contact listed on the agency website where the trademark for ABC TEST.. is registered.

To receive the verification code, contact the trademark correspondent. Please do not, under any circumstance, contact the trademark office directly.

The verification code will confirm you are eligible to enroll ABC Test. in Brand Registry.

Trademark correspondent email address: lilianehatxxxdotcom

Reply to this case within 10 days with the verification code and case ID for this application.

1. The email address shown as the trademark correspondent (lilianehatxxxdotcom) is mine. I am not getting any emails and I checked spam

2. My trademark does say pending with the USPTO

3. I ordered the trademark from Trademark Engine and I contacted them several times and they have no email from Amazon for my trademark.

Can anyone suggest what I should do? Could it be that because I am in pending status they are not sending the code? But why say you've sent a code and not just tell me what's going on?

Why does Amazon answer question in repeat or in riddles?
