The status of the goods is "Delivered," but they have not been received for 22 days.

The shipment was delivered to the Amazon warehouse on November 19, 2024, and it has now been 22 days without being received into inventory.

According to the logistics provider, the shipment intended for BHX4 was mistakenly sent to IUKM warehouse on the 20th of last month and was delivered by Amazon.

Could you please confirm if the goods have been lost? If they are not lost, when can they be received into inventory?
