New policys Dietary Supplements:

The Amazon News dated April 2, 2024: it presented a dietary supplements need to pass a Third-party testing before selling.

We have listed our product, but this ASIN didn't show up on the "Manage your compliance" page, that's mean, there is no entrance allowing us to initiate a Third-party testing.

Is there anyone have the same situation?

Can we just start selling directly ?

We are going to sell Dietary Supplements, but after we listed our ASIN,

there is no entrance allowing us to initiate a Third-party testing.

1.How can we initiate a Third-party testing by ourself?

2.Or this process is system automatic, we can't control?

3.Can we sell this ASIN directly?

It may be that your product has not been identified for compliance yet, however this does not mean that your product is not subject to compliance requirements. Please provide your Case ID and I'll look into it.
