Since I joined amazon, I am always facing a problem of delayed or non pickup which even leads to cancellation of some of the orders. Which is reducing my account health.
Amazon still charges for these cancellation
And I bear the loss in form of cancelled order, amazons charges, my manpower and repackaging costs and time also

If it is so much of a problem, then you should start using self ship or FBA. There are some problems in these methods also, so you should think carefully especially for FBA.

I generally use Trackcourier.io to track ATS packages. I would highly recommend it.
