Order Pending But Received Order Confirmation Email
So have a pending order since last night, but I actually received a confirmation email with the Order ID number and everything. Still shows as pending in Seller Central on desktop and app. Anyone every experience this or is experiencing this currently? What happens with the shipping time frame since I have to process the label by end of today, but what if I can't? Mods chime in as well.

Believe the pending in Seller Central. Scammers will send a fake email with that information in hopes of you just going on and shipping the product. Once they see the product has shipped, they cancel the order. Because you made a foolish mistake, not ever Amazon will be on any help to get your money back.

Okay. Even weirder. So now under the number of orders it shows 1 in the pending tab, but now when I click the pending orders tab, there's no orders listed.

Yesterday evening I received an email to confirm the shipment, but again no order is showing up. I emailed seller support with zero help back and them only saying to confirm the shipment. How can I confirm it if it's not showing in my orders page? And it keeps showing 1 pending, but when you click the pending tab there is nothing there.

Well the buyer messaged asking where there stuff was and I sent a response along with a screenshot of the blank order page just showing an error. Ended up having to cancel the order and now it is counting against my ODR. I messaged Amazon and got a condescending and threatening answer from some nitwit saying it's my fault and they won't do anything about it. Of course after I cancel the order, now I can see the canceled order when I put in the order ID. Ridiculous, but not surprising when Seller Support is pretty much an actual robot or hired outsourced robots.
