Featured Offer eligible =Yes BUT Featured Offer: --.

Hello,

I'm selling new products and everything worked fine at first: Featured Offer eligible =Yes, the inventory interface will display the Featured Offer price, and sold several units in days. But after 3-5 days, Asins lose Featured Offer one by one while Featured Offer eligible =Yes. All new products currently in stock show Featured Offer: --.

I am not sure what happened but I have been an active full time seller on Amazon for a few years, have a professional seller account, account health is good, and performance metrics are good as well.

Have any sellers encountered the same situation? How can I solve this problem? Please somebody help! Your assistance would be greatly appreciated!(Case ID:14674337921)

We see this often. In every case to date, it has been because the offer price was raised to a level Amazon deems "too high and not a competitive price." (I don't agree with this by the way)

As a test, try lowering your offer price to see if it comes back. Based on history, it will.

If buy box disappears from listing that means Amazon has PRICE FIXED that item lower than your selling price thus removing buy box and making item not sell due to lack of customer visibility. It is all part of market manipulation.
