Almost 90 day since shipment was mis-received and still have units stuck in reserve. Only the SAME rote answers from customer service.

Almost 90 days now and still have units from shipment FBA188FWTVFB missing and not in bin for sale. Only the same rote copy and paste answers over and over stating that they are in FC transfer. Why is there even a customer service center when they never can actually resolve anything?

The last call seemed promising 16590246311. The rep said they were not in fc transfer and that they were missing and would escalate for a refund to ONLY get the SAME ROTE responses that they were in FC transfer and another case closed without being resolved. 62 days since the shipment closed now. The inventory below was received on Aug 6 at at RDU4 and according to my inventory ledger, never left that facility and have been stuck in NEVER ENDING reserve: FC processing or transfer. They are obviously lost. Is there an amazon forum moderator out there that can help escalate this to the right department? I can't bear to try to call customer service again.
