Amazon FBA Customer Return, Refund Policy Abuse,
My recent month FBA return went up 400%. The only Refund Reason is Customer Return. I don't know nothing about return. I even don't know what the customer returned. Every returned message includes "In case you would like to appeal the refund decision, you can file a Safe-T Claim using Seller Central.". I have no idea how to appeal since I have no info about returned item. Apparently, The returned Policy is abuse now. Please help. Thanks,
