There is currently no way to open A live chat with seller support
There is currently a (Very Large and Glaring) Bug in the contact us page that makes it so you cannot start a Live chat with support.
To be able to start a Live chat support, you have to have a 'Short Description of your Issue' to send to support so that they can determine what your issue is.
The issue with this is that you cannot have an Empty 'short description', but there is also a length of 'short description' that is too long - the page will stop you from using that length until you shorten it a bit more.
Take a guess as to how many letters is too long of a description..?
One. It's one letter. One letter is too long.
So 0 letters isn't allowed, but 1 is too long.
You see what I'm getting at here..?
You'd think for a MULTIBILLION DOLLAR TURNOVER COMPANY, you'd at the very least have a functioning website.
Maybe it's just too hard? Hell, I don't do website formatting - but I can assure you, if you give me (1 person with no prior experience) a month to work on Amazon seller central, I could probably make it better by at least 10 fold, and to me that speaks volumes.
Sort it out Amazon.

I just open the case by entering a title and pressing send, then when the case is open, i click the 'get more help with this issue' type button that appears and write out the actual issue.
Not that the support response is of any use most of the time, but we live in hope.

You would think that they would have people ready to talk to you considering just how big a company Amazon are, especially if you are signing up to sell as an Amazon seller. It's like a minefield finding how you can speak to someone and if you do good luck with that. The whole creating a ticket systeum is ridiculos. Amazon FIX UP
