I am unable to Amazon EU/ UK log in OTP not recieved, phone call can not be made
I am unable to log into Amazon Seller Central using my primary account (which is admin and has all the permissions).
1. When I sign in, it sends me an OTP to my phone (I don't receive this).
2. When I request a call, it says the country code is not recognized, even though I have used this for several years.
3. My secondary phone number also does not receive OTP, and the same error persists for the phone number.
I do not have the Authenticator App set up for this primary account (although I will do that when I can get access again) - i am able to get into the forum through a secondary account, but this does not have any permissions to make changes....
How can I regain access? I see this is a common problem....
