I could really use some help from a Mod here.

I have multiple CHARGES on my statements for the same amounts with no transaction information of why its being charged.

They are all for the exact same amount £17.67. When making case with Amazon it has gone no where and they keep thinking I’m reporting a webpage error not a payment error.

Product Details: Others

No Order ID, No other details

About 10 of these transactions happen all at once in a day and has been happening NOW SECOND TIME.

Advertising is connected to our credit card and I have verified the invoice showing our card was charged.

Please i need some help.
