Hello @CENGIZ63,
Thank you for posting your concerns regarding a multiple account policy violation.
I opened a seller account 2 years ago and because I couldn't pass the opening suspension,
This is a good first step, as identifying what the associated account was, can be the hardest part.
I deleted my account with the knowledge of amazon support team
Unfortunately, this may have caused an issue with trying to address the situation. An account that has not passed verification is typically in a deactivated state, as deactivated account cannot be successfully closed. We are however required to adhere to your request which results in the closure of the buying account. This is important as closing this will limit your ability to access your old account.

Opening a new account is what caused the multiple account policy violation, as your original account was never successfully verified, nor properly closed. You are still technically the owner of this store, and will need to provide the originally requested verification documentation for that original store.
Once we can verify the information needed for your original store, and the issue is resolved, your new store will be eligible for reactivation.
I would suggest reviewing our seller university video on how to address a multiple account policy violation for some additional guidance.
