Copyright infringment
Hello,
There is someone who has filed a copyright infringment against one of my listing.. He provided a fake email id as well for contact.
I have copyrighted registered in USA on my name also i have image copright as well.
Also he took link of someone else listing and claimed i copied them while my listing is 4 year older then them and i was the first who had this product on Amazon.

Unfortunately, just because you were the first person who had this product on Amazon, does not take away any Copyright Infringement possibilities.
There are many aspects to copyright infringement that go beyond Amazon.com. Obviously, I don't know enough details to provide detailed advise.

Understand that your account is encountering copyright infringement issue.
If you believe your product does not infringe on the copyright of others, you may submit letter of authorization or a licensing agreement and an invoice directly from the rights owner to dispute.
Alternatively, if you think that the rights owner has made an error in sending the notice, please reach out to the rights owner and ask them to submit a retraction of this notice.
