ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED, AS REQUESTED, BUT STILL BEING CHARGED STORAGE FEES
Hi there, would appreciate any MOD help available please.
I chose to deactivate my account earlier this year, as low sales and high PPC were taking all profit. Amazon deactivated my account as requested, and removed all of my stock many months ago (early April 2023). I am still being charged Monthly Long Term Storage Fees each month.
I have no way to delete my credit card details and no way to contact Seller Support anymore. Can someone please help me? I have added up the fees paid since all stock was removed and it currently totals almost $700 AUD!! (I'm in Oz, had a UK account). This is a huge amount of money to lose :(
