Customer asking refund and Amazon giving it. But they are not returning my product.
If they dont like my product they should return it back. But they dont return it. They take refund. That means they got money and got my product.. Wow.. what a plan to get a free product.

Is it possible that you have the item set up as a returnless refund? If so, that means that the customer will be refunded without having to send the item back.
