We got wrong product in our packet. We put safe-t-claim the claim was denied. We put safe-t-claim with proof but they are cantinuesly denied our claim and gave reasion you have exceede the acceptable limit. How can we manage wrong product.

Hi, There is no point of appealing it again, they stick with their decision . I have lost almost 40k worth item because of fake buyers. you only file 8% of all returned orders.
create new case and mention all and try to resolve your problems through call, there is no other way of solving this issue.
